I've just placed an order! When should I expect to recieve it?
Your order will be processed and sent the next business day if your order is received by 5pm AEST Tuesday to Friday. We use Australian Post on all Australian orders. Once you receive a dispatch notification your parcel should arrive within 2-5 business days if you have selected standard post.

Oh no! My item is not quite right - what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to obtain a RA Number. Please note we don't offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision, however we do offer exchanges and credit notes on all full price items, to be used within 30 days. Terms and conditions apply, please read our full returns policy for more details.
One of Three takes great care in delivering the upmost quality and checks all items before they leave the store, however if you do receive an item with a fault, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with photos of the fault. Under Australian legislation we will either replace, repair or offer you a credit note valid for 30 days from issue date.
As One of Three offers free shipping on all orders, we do require customers to pay for their return postage - this can be completed at a Aus Post office and can be placed in a cost effective Parcel Post bag.

Am I able to exchange an online item in one of your stores?
Yes, if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange. For smooth and easy exchanges we do ask you email us before visiting one of our stores so we have all relevant information ready.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note (valid for 30 days) on all full priced items. Sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged/refunded for change of mind, if faulty we will either replace, repair or offer a credit note. Items that have been further reduced with a coupon or promotional code are final. We do not accept refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or wrong decision.
